A key aim for the CMS and Players is to provide rich functionality in an all-in-one solution. Keeping with this philosophy, training and support are included free of charge to partners with each CMS and Player. While foreign travel and large groups may incur additional charges, training typically covers:

  1. Software Update; benefits include improved interface, bug fixes, added features.
  2. Name Player and Add to favourites.
  3. Tune in TV Channels
  4. Set Background colour.
  5. Delete Layouts, Users and Ad Hoc Items not required by client.
  6. Download approximately 12 high quality Layouts.
  7. Create custom colours and fonts.
  8. Set-up Local Weather and RSS Feeds
  9. Create Advanced Ad Hoc Users (See below)
  10. Set-up User names and passwords.

International training sessions will also take place on a periodic basis. For details of when the next session will be held in your region please contact Individual on-site training for your company can also be conducted by arrangement.

Existing Users
If you require further training after the installation of your NTBs, please contact your reseller for training. Should this not be possible End-user training from ONELAN can be purchased via your Reseller.

ONELAN offer free training in Henley-on-Thames (UK) for groups of up to eight people on Friday mornings. Booking is essential and hand-out notes are available in electronic form. Attendees should bring their own note-taking materials.
