ONELAN was founded in 1988 by David Dalzell who saw the potential for digital signage at a very early stage and became one of the industry's leading pioneers. Since developing the first Net-Top-Box (NTB) in 2000, the company has expanded globally becoming the trusted partner it is today. In 2018 ONELAN was bought by Uniguest, a leading technology solutions provider, expanding ONELAN's global reach still further.

Steve Rickless

Chief Executive Officer

Steve has been the CEO of Tripleplay since founding the company in 2002 and after the merger with ONELAN, became the CEO of ONELAN also. Steve has been working in IT consultancy, business solutions and the AV industry for his entire career and has a wealth of experience in global growth strategy.

Hugh Coghill-Smith

Chief Commercial Officer

With a career in digital signage stretching back over the last twelve years Hugh has managed numerous major digital signage rollouts in UK, Europe, Middle East and India. Originally an LCD display specialist with a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering, prior to ONELAN Hugh held senior international sales positions developing strategic relationships and channel strategies for companies including Coolsign and Planar.

Steve Croker

Chief Operating Officer

Steve has a strong manufacturing background in companies of a similar and larger size than ONELAN. He has 33 years experience in Global Manufacturing covering Mexico, Hungary & UK, and has worked previously for Racal Dana, Mars Electronics & Stryker UK.

Mark Cronin

Chief Technical Officer

Mark is an experienced Technical Officer in small to large sized technology business’s. His expertise lies in various forms of media management and distribution via terrestrial and satellite formats. However Mark’s forte is helping business’s realise their true potential and growing through appropriate product development in an organic manner. Mark joined the ONELAN team from Arqiva.
